Lemongrass and cedarwood and I am hooked
Picked up the Bandera Balm after a friend recommended it. The lemongrass opens bright and crisp, the Texas Cedarwood comes in underneath with that rugged Hill Country feel, and the cypress ties it all together. Still smelling it ten hours after applying. Light hold kept my beard shaped without any stiffness and nothing stuck to my hands. Best smelling balm I have owned.
Smells like Texas Hill Country in the best way
Bought this for my husband who grew up in Bandera. The lemongrass hits first and then you get that deep Texas Cedarwood underneath that smells like being outside in the Hill Country. He said the scent held through an entire day of yard work. The lemongrass keeps it fresh and the cedarwood keeps it grounded. Already ordering him another tin.
The lemongrass and cedarwood together is something special
When I first opened the tin the lemongrass comes through bright and crisp right away. Put it on and within a few minutes the Texas Cedarwood starts coming through underneath. The cypress weaves through the whole thing. Together it is really well layered. Fresh but still rugged and masculine. Three tins in and the scent is the main reason I keep reordering.
Finally a balm that does not stick to your hands
Every balm I tried before this left a sticky residue on my hands that was a pain to deal with. Not this one. Goes in smooth, light hold, and my hands feel completely normal after. The scent is fantastic and still going strong eight hours later. Beard is soft and healthy.
Found this at a market, husband is hooked
Spotted Tex Wex at a local pop-up and picked up the Bandera Balm for my husband. He has always had trouble with dry flaky skin under his beard. After a couple weeks the flaking is basically gone. He says the scent lasts all day which he was not expecting at all. We will definitely be ordering again.
Smells incredible and it actually lasts
The thing that got me was the scent. I keep getting compliments on it throughout the day, which has never happened with any balm I have used before. Light hold keeps my beard shaped without that stiff feeling. My beard is noticeably softer and the flaking I had is completely gone. Really impressive product.
