At Tex Wex Beard Company LLC, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order. We are a small, family-owned business handcrafting products in San Antonio, Texas, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tex Wex Beard Company LLC is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at accounts@texwexbeardcompany.com.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at accounts@texwexbeardcompany.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to assist. Tex Wex Beard Company LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Tex Wex Beard Company LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at accounts@texwexbeardcompany.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


8. In-Person / Event Sales

Orders placed at farmers markets, local events, pop-ups, and festivals are available for immediate pickup at the event. This shipping policy applies to online orders only.
