You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products — whether the item arrived damaged, we shipped the wrong item, or you simply changed your mind. Items must be new and unused, in their original condition and packaging.

2. Returns Are by Mail — Free Return Label

All returns are shipped back by mail. We provide a free return shipping label that you can download and print. There is no restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, we process your refund to your original payment method within 10 days.

Exchanges are accepted. If you would rather swap for a different product, contact us within the same 30-day window and we will set it up.
