At Tex Wex Beard Company LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We handcraft every beard oil, beard balm, and candle in small batches from our home in Texas using custom scent blends and premium carrier oils. We also carry apparel, beard combs, and beard brushes. Because of the handcrafted and personal-care nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The product arrived in unusable condition

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For apparel, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal-care and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beard oils, beard balms, or candles
  • Opened or used beard combs and brushes (personal grooming tools)
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
  • Items purchased at farmers markets, local events, or festivals (all sales are final at in-person events)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, scent profiles, and apparel size charts before purchasing. If you have questions about a scent, formula, or sizing, please reach out before ordering.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us within the applicable window after delivery:

  • Grooming products, candles, and accessories: within 7 days of delivery
  • Apparel: within 7 business days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged

We will respond within 2 business days to resolve your issue.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For defective or incorrect items, Tex Wex Beard Company LLC will cover return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different product of equal value if stock allows. Contact us within the applicable return window after receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the original item was defective.

7. In-Person / Event Sales

All sales made at farmers markets, local events, pop-ups, and festivals are final at the point of sale. We encourage you to ask questions and smell testers before purchasing at events. We are always happy to help you find the right product.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please email us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.

9. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

Our products contain natural carrier oils and fragrance/essential oil blends. All ingredients are listed on each product page. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. We are unable to issue refunds for reactions related to known sensitivities or allergies to listed ingredients. When in doubt, please review the ingredient list or contact us before purchasing.
