2. Acceptance of Terms

All handcrafted products are made in small batches. Because of this:
- Product appearance, color, or consistency may vary slightly from batch to batch
- Product photos are representative and may not reflect exact color or texture
- Apparel sizing may vary slightly by style — please refer to the size chart on each listing before ordering
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time
- Availability is not guaranteed and products may sell out

- Payment is collected at the time of purchase
- We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods available through our Shopify checkout
- In-person event sales are processed separately and are final at the point of sale
5. Orders & Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded
6. Shipping
- We ship within the United States
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Tex Wex Beard Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can review it at www.texwexbeardco.com. All in-person event sales are final.
8. Ingredient Disclosure & Safe Use
Our grooming products contain natural carrier oils, butters, waxes, fragrance oils, and/or essential oils. Full ingredient lists are included on each product listing.
- Do not use our grooming products if you are allergic to any listed ingredient
- Discontinue use immediately if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs
- Keep all products out of reach of children
- Candles: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
- Beard oils and balms are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
- Beard combs and brushes are personal grooming tools — for hygiene reasons, they are non-returnable once opened or used.
- Tex Wex Beard Company LLC is not responsible for reactions resulting from failure to review ingredient lists or misuse of products
